Call it “Pee-No Nwa” or “Pee-No Newar” or even “Peanut Newar” if you prefer, just don’t call it late for dinner as it makes a great accompaniment to many dishes. Plum ripe fruit with a little bit of smoke on the finish, this lighter bodied red goes well with things like salmon, turkey, and prime rib.
