Our off-dry Riesling is semi-sweet and has aromas of cantaloupe, apricot and floral scents.  It is crisp with some minerality with a long, robust finish.  Pairs well with chicken dishes and most seafood.  Also pairs well with spicy foods, try it next time with your favorite Chinese or Thai takeout.
